Members of the PCA scSequencing Committee and collaborators recently published an article on "Best practices for the execution, analysis, and data storage of plant single-cell/nucleus transcriptomics" in The Plant Cell. They discuss challenges and guidelines for single-cell/nucleus transcriptomics in plants to increase the reproducibility and usefulness of these datasets.
