PCA Initiative
The Plant Cell Atlas (PCA) will be a community resource that comprehensively describes the state of various plant cell types and integrates high-resolution location information of nucleic acids, proteins, and metabolites within plant cells.
Our published perspective, "Towards Building a Plant Cell Atlas", provides a vision for the PCA Initiative. We also held a Kick-off Workshop last year to discuss how to best build this community resource. Registration is open for the First PCA Symposium. We have also extended the deadline to submit an abstract to October 27th! This initiative is funded by grants from the National Science Foundation (Grant #'s 1916797 &2052590), Carnegie Institution for Science's President Fund, and BASF. |
